Cyber Safety Jagruti Karyakram Organized at VidyaSagar Infotech College

VidyaSagar Infotech College, Jamnagar, organized a Cyber Safety Jagruti Karyakram under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, initiated by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

The seminar was conducted by the Cyber Crime Police Station, Jamnagar, in collaboration with the Jilla and Bal Adhikari Kacheri, Jamnagar. The primary objective of the programme was to raise awareness among students about cyber safety, cybercrime prevention, and the responsible use of digital technology.

During the seminar, students were made aware of various types of cybercrimes, including online fraud, phishing, identity theft, social media misuse, and other digital security threats. The speakers also emphasized the importance of protecting personal information, using secure passwords, avoiding suspicious links, and reporting cybercrime incidents to the appropriate authorities.

The programme aimed to encourage students to become responsible digital citizens and equip them with essential knowledge to stay safe in the digital world.

VidyaSagar Infotech College appreciates the efforts of the Cyber Crime Police Station, Jamnagar, and the Jilla and Bal Adhikari Kacheri, Jamnagar, for conducting this informative and socially beneficial awareness programme under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan.
