AN ELOCUTION COMPETITION: SWAMI VIVEKANANDA JANMAJAYANTI - "My Bharat"
Elocution Competition: Swami Vivekananda

On 12 January 2026, Vidyasagar Infotech College, in collaboration with “My Bharat”, successfully organized a Speech Competition on the occasion of Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekanandji and National Youth Day. The programme commenced at 10:15 a.m. in the college premises.
The objective of the competition was to inspire students with the thoughts and ideals of Swami Vivekanandji, to develop leadership qualities among youth, and to enhance students’ public speaking and intellectual abilities.
The competition witnessed
enthusiastic participation from students. The participants delivered speeches
on the following topics:
- Swami
Vivekanandji’s Dream – A Powerful India
- Contribution
of Swami Vivekanandji in Youth Development
- India’s
Identity on the Global Platform – Contribution of Swami Vivekanandji
Each
participant was allotted a time limit of minimum 3 minutes and maximum 4 to 5
minutes. The judging panel evaluated the participants on the basis of content,
clarity, confidence, expression, and time management.The competition concluded
with the announcement of results. All participants were awarded certificates,
and the top three rank holders were honored with certificates & shields.
